CSC Civil Constructions was established in 1990 by Ron Scoble who saw an opportunity in the civil construction industry after working for many years in land development and as a civil engineer for Melbourne Water (previously Board of Works).

Initially CSC Civil Constructions carved out a niche market in outer South-Eastern Melbourne, with an emphasis on greenfield subdivisions, bulk earthworks and road construction.

CSC Civil Constructions has since grown to service the entire Melbourne metropolitan area and is a significant contributor to the construction of Retirement Villages and Medium Density/Unit Developments in our city.
