Mark commenced with CSC Civil Constructions in 1996.

Mark demonstrated natural leadership and Management skills from the beginning and under the guidance of Ron Scoble quickly stepped up into the roles of Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Construction Manager to which he still performs today.

Mark's value to CSC was recognised by Ron Scoble and he was offered a partnership, becoming a director in 2003.
